Dream That Never Were

We need men who can dream of things that never were.
– John F. Kennedy

First I want to thank the heroes and the unsung heroes for their dreams which have made my life and this world a better place.

When I was a little boy I always wanted to make peoples lives better. I wanted to make a positive impact whether by preaching the gospel, giving money, teach new skills, or open a door of opportunity.

Maybe this heart comes from watching my parents serve the needy and the poor as missionaries or chatting with my well admired mentors to discover that their lives were guided by this principal of giving.

So while I’m training at Jeju island my mind is quickly forming ideas on how to give to those people who are in need of my talent, time, knowledge, and even my attention. I want to create an experience, an opportunity that no one dared to imagine.

I only have so many days to live in Pohang so why not make an impact in my community while I’m there.

The juices are flowing and can’t wait til I’m back in Pohang.
